The Role

Working closely with senior colleagues and Partners, this role offers exposure to a diverse and high-value caseload, including:

• High-Net-Worth financial remedy matters
\n
• Children Act proceedings
\n
• International family law work
\n
• TOLATA and complex cohabitation disputes
\n

You will take ownership of your caseload while also contributing to team strategy, mentoring junior lawyers and supporting business development activities across the Nottingham market.

About You

To be considered, you will:

• Be a qualified Family Lawyer with 4+ years’ PQE
\n
• Have strong experience handling complex financial remedies and children matters
\n
• Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills
\n
• Be confident managing your own caseload independently
\n
• Show a proactive, organised and commercially aware approach
\n
• Enjoy working collaboratively and supporting junior team members
\n
• Have an interest in business development and growing client relationships
\n
