Due to high demand, we're seeking enthusiastic and professional Receptionists to provide holiday and sickness cover on a temporary basis.

Duties can include:

• Providing a warm and professional welcome to visitors and guests

• Managing busy switchboards and directing calls efficiently
\n
• Supporting client events and hospitality functions
\n
• Assisting with cloakroom services
\n
• Booking, coordinating, and managing meeting rooms
\n
• Issuing visitor passes and maintaining security procedures
\n
• Handling incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and couriers
\n
• Conducting floor walks and ensuring health & safety standards are maintained
