A Legal 500 and Chambers ranked law firm is seeking a Family Paralegal to join its growing Canterbury office. This is an excellent opportunity for a Family Paralegal looking to develop their career within a busy and supportive Family team, gaining exposure to a broad range of family law matters while working alongside experienced solicitors.

The Role\nAs the Family Paralegal you will support Fee Earners across a varied caseload of family matters.
\nThe role will include:
\n* Providing support on private family law matters* Managing client files and case management systems* Drafting letters, documents and correspondence* Attending client meetings and taking notes* Preparing and submitting public funding applications* Collating and redacting documents for Court bundles* Liaising with local authorities, Police, Courts and medical experts* Requesting and reviewing case documentation* Building relationships with clients and third parties* Ensuring the highest standards of client care throughout matters
The Family Paralegal?\nYou will be an organised and motivated individual with a genuine interest in Family Law.
\nThe Family Paralegal must have:
\n* LPC, BPTC or equivalent legal qualification, completed or in progress* Demonstrable interest in Family Law* Strong organisational and time management skills* Ability to work effectively under pressure* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Professional and client-focused approach* Strong attention to detail* Ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
