Job Description
The RoleAs Supply Chain Assurance & Compliance Manager, you will work closely with Technical, Procurement, Specifications and Raw Material Quality teams to identify and mitigate risk, investigate supplier-related issues and drive improvements across the supply chain.Key responsibilities will include:\n

- Managing supplier approval, onboarding and ongoing assurance programmes. \n
- Conducting supplier risk assessments and due diligence reviews. \n
- Planning and delivering supplier audits and technical assessments. \n
- Investigating supplier quality issues, complaints and non-conformances \n
- Managing supplier performance and continuous improvement initiatives. \n
- Maintaining Fairtrade, RSPO and other certification requirements. \n
- Supporting BRC, customer and third-party audits. \n
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, legal and customer requirements. \n
- \n
- Experience within manufacturing or a broader FMCG environment. \n
- Proven supplier auditing and supplier assurance experience. \n
- Internal auditing qualification. \n
- Strong working knowledge of HACCP principles. \n
- Understanding of food supply chains and supplier risk management. \n
- Experience investigating supplier non-conformances and root cause analysis. \n
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. \n
- Ability to influence suppliers and drive continuous improvement. \n
