Job Description

The RoleAs Supply Chain Assurance & Compliance Manager, you will work closely with Technical, Procurement, Specifications and Raw Material Quality teams to identify and mitigate risk, investigate supplier-related issues and drive improvements across the supply chain.Key responsibilities will include:\n

  • Managing supplier approval, onboarding and ongoing assurance programmes.
  • \n
  • Conducting supplier risk assessments and due diligence reviews.
  • \n
  • Planning and delivering supplier audits and technical assessments.
  • \n
  • Investigating supplier quality issues, complaints and non-conformances
  • \n
  • Managing supplier performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • \n
  • Maintaining Fairtrade, RSPO and other certification requirements.
  • \n
  • Supporting BRC, customer and third-party audits.
  • \n
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, legal and customer requirements.
  • \n

  • Experience within manufacturing or a broader FMCG environment.
  • \n
  • Proven supplier auditing and supplier assurance experience.
  • \n
  • Internal auditing qualification.
  • \n
  • Strong working knowledge of HACCP principles.
  • \n
  • Understanding of food supply chains and supplier risk management.
  • \n
  • Experience investigating supplier non-conformances and root cause analysis.
  • \n
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • \n
  • Ability to influence suppliers and drive continuous improvement.
  • \n
