\n\nYour New Role
\nAs a Purchasing Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently from receipt through to completion. Acting as the link between internal sales teams, suppliers and customers, you'll manage the end-to-end order process, ensuring all information is correct, resolving any discrepancies and providing regular updates throughout the customer journey. You'll be the first point of contact for queries, taking ownership of issues through to resolution while delivering a high standard of customer service. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records across internal systems and collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure operational targets and service standards are consistently achieved.
\n\nEnsuring Your Success
\nTo succeed in this role, you'll have previous experience in a customer service, administration, purchasing, order management or coordination position where accuracy and attention to detail were essential. You'll be confident working across multiple systems, managing competing priorities and communicating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. You'll demonstrate strong organisational skills, take ownership of your workload and proactively resolve issues while maintaining a customer-first approach. A collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure are key to thriving in this role. Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and working within service level agreements would be advantageous.
