Job Description
The Head of Reporting role will see you overseeing financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance. You'll play a key part in supporting the business by delivering timely insights and maintaining strong financial controls

- Lead the preparation and delivery of accurate financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. \n
- Overseeing the preparation of statutory accounts across the Group, including both audited and non-audited entities. \n
- Drafting high-quality papers for the Audit Committee. \n
- Acting as the owner of the Group reporting and consolidation systems, defining requirements, scoping improvements and ensuring robust data consolidation. \n
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and accounting standards. \n
- Develop and maintain financial reporting processes and controls. \n
- Provide insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making. \n
- Collaborate with other departments to align financial reporting with business objectives. \n
- Manage and mentor the reporting team to achieve high performance. \n
- Driving improvements to reporting processes, strengthening controls and embedding disciplined reporting rhythms to consistently meet demanding deadlines. \n
- Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders \n
- Identifying opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve efficiency. \n
Profile
\n\n- \n
- A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA. \n
- Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting and accounting standards within a large, complex organisation \n
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality reporting against challenging deadlines \n
- Experience with financial reporting and consolidation systems, including ownership of system improvements and data consolidation. \n
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. \n
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with diverse teams. \n
- Confidence engaging with executive-level stakeholders, presenting financial information and influencing decision-making. \n
Job Offer
