Commercial Property Solicitor (Full-Time/Flexible Hours Available) – Sutton Coldfield

A well-established law firm based in Sutton Coldfield, providing high-quality legal services to businesses and individuals, known for their approachable, client-focused service are now seeking a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team on a full-time basis. Flexible working arrangements may be available for the right candidate.

The Role

You will handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:

• Commercial property sales and acquisitions
\n
• Drafting and negotiating commercial leases and licences
\n
• Advising on landlord and tenant matters
\n
• Supporting property development projects
\n
• Acting in transactions involving pension property investments
\n
• Liaising with lenders and financial institutions on funding arrangements
\n
• Managing transactions through to completion, including Land Registry requirements and SDLT considerations
\n

About You

\n
• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) 3+
\n
• Proven experience in commercial property law
\n
• Strong knowledge of leases, licences and development work
\n
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently
\n
• Excellent client care and communication skills
\n
• Commercial awareness and attention to detail
\n
