Are you an experienced Customer Service Advisor or Call Centre Agent looking for your next opportunity?

Elite Personnel is currently recruiting for 2 Customer Service Advisors to join a busy and friendly team based in Tamworth. These are fantastic opportunities for candidates who enjoy speaking with customers, providing excellent service, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Following a successful 12-week temporary period with Elite Personnel, there is the opportunity to secure a permanent position with our client.

Handling inbound and outbound customer calls

Providing excellent customer service and support

Managing customer enquiries and resolving issues efficiently

Updating customer records accurately on internal systems

Working towards service level targets and maintaining high standards

Supporting customers with a professional and friendly approach

Previous Call Centre or Customer Service experience is essential

Excellent communication and listening skills

Confident telephone manner

Good IT and administration skills

Available to start immediately

Must live locally to Tamworth or have your own transport

£12.71 per hour

Weekly Pay

Monday to Friday

Temp to Perm Opportunity
