We are recruiting Refuse Loaders to join a busy waste and recycling team in Potters Bar.

• Role: Refuse Loader (waste & recycling collections)
\n
• Location: Potters Bar and surrounding areas
\n
• Pay: £13.95 per hour
\n
• Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays may be required)
\n
• Start: ASAP
\n

Duties

\n
• Working as part of a crew to collect household and commercial waste and recycling
\n
• Loading bins and bags onto the vehicle safely and efficiently
\n
• Following health & safety procedures at all times
\n
• Providing a polite and professional service to the public
\n

Requirements

\n
• Must have a valid UK driving licence (essential)
\n
• Right to work in the UK
\n
• Good level of fitness – the role is physically demanding and outdoors in all weather
\n
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
\n
• Previous refuse/waste experience is an advantage but not essential – training provided
\n
