The work includes a mix of:\n

• Freehold sales

• Leasehold sales
\n
• Shared ownership transactions
\n
• Repossessed property sales
\n

Unlike many traditional conveyancing roles, you will only manage a specific stage of the transaction, allowing you to focus on delivering a high-quality service rather than juggling files from instruction through to completion.
