What will the Finance Assistant role involve?

• Supporting daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple entities

• Assisting in managing cash flows by preparing payment schedules and coordinating with banking systems
\n
• Processing invoices in various currencies and maintaining supplier records, with an emphasis on timeliness and precision
\n
• Reconciling bank statements and maintaining accurate financial records in line with organisational standards
\n
• Contributing to the development and documentation of financial procedures to support continuous improvement
\n

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Assistant vacancy:

• Ideally qualified to AAT Level 3 or equivalent, with a solid background in finance operations
\n
• Demonstrates strong organisational and planning skills, with attention to detail
\n
• Has excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
\n
• Experience in a multi-national or SME environment, preferably within the technology sector
