Residential Conveyancing Locum - Derby\n

A well-established law firm in Derby is seeking an experienced Residential Property Locum to provide holiday cover within its busy conveyancing team from 29th July until 11th August.\n

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Property specialist looking for a short-term locum assignment, handling an existing caseload with the support of a friendly and collaborative team.\n

The role will involve:\n

  • Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
    • \n
  • Handling sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages
    • \n
  • Dealing with freehold and leasehold transactions
    • \n
  • Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors
    • \n
  • Providing practical, efficient support throughout the holiday cover period
    • The ideal candidate will have:\n

  • Previous experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision
    • \n
  • The ability to hit the ground running
    • \n
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
    • \n
  • Excellent client care and case management experience
