Employment Litigation Lawyer

We are seeking an ambitious Employment Litigation lawyer to join a leading specialist employment law firm. The team is looking to recruit an Employment Litigation Associate with approximately 2–3 years’ PQE to join its specialist employment and partnership practice.

The successful candidate will work on a broad range of contentious employment matters, representing both individuals and organisations in complex workplace disputes. The role will involve Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation, as well as investigations, negotiated exits and alternative dispute resolution.

The firm acts for senior executives, founders, employers, professional services firms, partnerships and LLPs across a range of sectors, including financial services, private equity, technology, luxury goods and professional services. The team is regularly instructed on matters involving significant legal, commercial and reputational considerations, often with an international or cross-border element.

The firm offers a collaborative and supportive environment in which associates work closely with experienced partners and are given meaningful responsibility for sophisticated matters from an early stage.

Experience required:

• Qualified in England & Wales
\n
• 2-3 years’ PQE gained at a leading employment practice.

• Have strong experience in contentious employment law gained at a reputable City, national or specialist employment law practice.

• Have experience managing or assisting with Employment Tribunal litigation
\n
• Ability to provide clear, practical advice.
\n
• Excellent communication skills.
\n
• Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree.
\n
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
