Business Immigration Lawyer

Our top tier, Legal 500 recommended client is seeking an Associate with a minimum of 1 year's experience to join their highly regarded Immigration Group in London.

The team advises corporate and private clients across sectors including financial services, pharmaceuticals, technology, media and sport. The firm also has a leading private client practice, acting for HNW and UHNW individuals on complex and time-sensitive immigration matters. Lawyers advise on both UK and US immigration matters, offering a seamless transatlantic service.

\n

You will advise clients on a broad range of UK immigration matters, including:

• HNW and UHNW immigration.
\n
• Skilled Worker, Global Business Mobility and other work visas.
\n
• Sponsor licences, Home Office compliance and right to work.
\n
• Global Talent, Innovator Founder and business immigration.
\n
• Settlement and British citizenship applications.
\n
• EU Settlement Scheme applications.
\n
• Asylum, human rights claims, appeals and strategic immigration advice.
\n

You will have:

• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
\n
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
\n
• The ability to manage your own caseload and to work collaboratively.
\n
• Experience building strong client relationships.
\n
• A proactive, adaptable approach and experience using AI to improve efficiency.
\n
