Be the backbone of a busy HR function

As an HR Administrator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring HR processes run smoothly and efficiently. From onboarding new starters to maintaining employee records, your work will help create a positive experience for employees and managers alike.

Day-to-Day of the role:

  • Managing employee records and maintaining accurate HR databases.
  • \n
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • \n
  • Preparing contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation.
  • \n
  • Coordinating recruitment administration, including arranging interviews.
  • \n
  • Processing changes to employee information and benefits.
  • \n
  • Assisting with absence management and HR reporting.
  • \n
  • Responding to employee queries and providing first-line HR support.
  • \n
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
  • \n
  • Supporting HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • \n

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within HR.
  • \n
\n
    \n
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • \n
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • \n
  • Confident communicating with people at all levels.
  • \n
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • \n
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • \n
  • A proactive and positive approach to work.
  • \n

  • CIPD Level 3 qualification or working towards it.
  • \n
  • Experience using HR systems.
  • \n
  • Knowledge of UK employment legislation.
