Key Responsibilities

RGN Nurses

• Delivering high-quality nursing care to residents and patients
\n
• Administering medication and treatments
\n
• Developing and implementing care plans
\n
• Monitoring and assessing residents' health needs
\n
• Maintaining accurate clinical records
\n

Healthcare Assistants

\n
• Supporting residents with personal care and daily living activities
\n
• Assisting with mobility and nutrition
\n
• Promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing
\n
• Recording and reporting changes in residents' conditions
\n
• Providing companionship and emotional support
\n

Requirements

\n
• Right to work in the UK
\n
• RGNs: Valid NMC registration
\n
• HCAs: Previous care experience preferred
\n
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
\n
• A caring, professional, and reliable approach
\n
