ADMINISTRATOR PART TIME

We are seeking an organised, proactive and customer-focused Administrator to join our clients busy team on a part-time basis.

\n

Working three days per week from their office, you will provide essential administrative support across the business, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations while delivering a professional service to both clients and colleagues. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail, and takes pride in providing first-class administrative support.

Key Responsibilities\n

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Property Management, Lettings and Sales teams.
  • \n
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to email enquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • \n
  • Welcome visitors to the office and provide excellent customer service.
  • \n
  • Prepare letters, documents, tenancy paperwork and general correspondence.
  • \n
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal databases and CRM systems.
  • \n
  • Upload and organise property documentation, ensuring files remain compliant and up to date.
  • \n
  • Assist with arranging appointments, property inspections and contractor visits.
  • \n
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, contractors and suppliers regarding general enquiries.
  • \n
  • Process invoices and assist with general accounts administration where required.
  • \n
  • Order office supplies and assist with general office administration.
  • \n
  • Scan, file and maintain electronic and paper records.
  • \n
  • Support the wider team with ad hoc administrative duties as required.
  • \n
Skills & Experience\n
    \n
  • Previous administration experience within a professional office environment.
  • \n
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • \n
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • \n
  • Confident communicator with a friendly and professional manner.
  • \n
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • \n
  • Comfortable learning and using CRM or property management software.
  • \n
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work independently.
  • \n
  • Previous experience within estate agency or property is advantageous but not essential.
  • \n
