Youll be responsible for managing inbound customer enquiries, processing orders, preparing quotations and identifying opportunities to introduce additional products and services where appropriate.The Role* Managing incoming customer enquiries via phone and email* Producing quotations and processing customer orders* Building strong relationships with customers and distributors* Providing regular updates on order status and delivery times* Supporting the external sales team with customer activity and account information* Liaising with internal departments including manufacturing, warehouse and finance* Identifying opportunities to upsell complementary products and services* Monitoring pricing, margins and customer requirements* Delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales processWhat Were Looking For* Previous experience in Internal Sales, Sales Support, Account Management, Customer Service or a similar commercial role* Strong communication and relationship-building skills* Good commercial awareness and attention to detail* Confident working with numbers and pricing information* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities* A proactive approach and desire to provide excellent customer service* Full UK driving licence and access to transportNo industry experience is required.
