Project Manager

Lead delivery, governance, and stakeholder coordination for a five-person project controls and scheduling team embedded within the client's delivery organization across construction, design, and execution-management phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Own delivery leadership, governance cadence, escalation, and stakeholder coordination as single point of accountability
• Maintain the project plan, stakeholder map, governance cadence, RAID log, and communication plan
• Run weekly status, monthly SME reviews, and monthly governance reviews with client and IG leadership
• Deliver the monthly Hours & Billing Report within five business days of month-end
• Manage change requests, impact assessments, and resource screening/replacement coordination

Qualifications

• 5+ years project/program management, ideally energy, infrastructure, or large capital programs
• PMP or equivalent PMI-aligned certification preferred
• Experience leading managed service or embedded delivery teams with executive stakeholders
• Strong governance, RAID/risk management, and reporting discipline
