Job Description
An exciting chance awaits for an Orthopedic Surgeon, preferably with training in Total Joints or Trauma, to become part of a well-established private practice in Lakeland, FL. Our organization boasts extensive in-house resources, including MRI, CT, PET scans, and a team of three musculoskeletal radiologists available for consultations, alongside a full-service laboratory.
We are a large, physician-owned group consisting of over 220 medical professionals across 20 locations, offering more than 40 specialties. Our robust internal referral network and established patient base ensure a steady flow of cases. The use of EPIC EMR facilitates seamless continuity of care throughout our clinics.
Partnership Track: Physicians have the opportunity to become partners after two years of service.

Administrative Support: Our organization provides comprehensive administrative assistance, handling staffing, billing and collections, coding and transcription, Clinical Informatics (EMR), Value-Based Services, Quality, and Recruitment.
Qualifications:- Education: M.D. or D.O.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery (ABOS)
- Completion of a fellowship in Total Joints or Trauma is preferred.
- Strong clinical abilities with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Possession of an active, unrestricted Florida medical license (or the ability to obtain one) is required.
