Primary Care Physician Opportunity

Our organization is looking for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician to join our expanding primary care services in the Philadelphia area. This role is designed to enhance access to healthcare within our community-focused health system.

Practice Overview
  • Established and in-demand primary care practice
  • Immediate patient volume available
  • 100% outpatient setting - no inpatient duties required
  • Collaborative care model with Advanced Practice Providers and support staff
  • Integrated Epic EMR system for streamlined operations

Qualifications
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Eligibility for licensure in Pennsylvania
  • Dedication to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients
  • Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic health conditions
  • Focus on preventive care and population health management
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient interactions
  • Engage in quality improvement and performance enhancement initiatives
Schedule & Call Requirements
  • Full-time outpatient schedule with 34 patient-facing hours
  • Flexible scheduling options available
  • Minimal call responsibilities with a 1:6 phone-only call schedule
