Primary Care Physician Opportunity
Our organization is looking for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician to join our expanding primary care services in the Philadelphia area. This role is designed to enhance access to healthcare within our community-focused health system.
Practice Overview- Established and in-demand primary care practice
- Immediate patient volume available
- 100% outpatient setting - no inpatient duties required
- Collaborative care model with Advanced Practice Providers and support staff
- Integrated Epic EMR system for streamlined operations
- Strong referral network within our health system
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Eligibility for licensure in Pennsylvania
- Dedication to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
- Deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients
- Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic health conditions
- Focus on preventive care and population health management
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient interactions
- Engage in quality improvement and performance enhancement initiatives
- Full-time outpatient schedule with 34 patient-facing hours
- Flexible scheduling options available
- Minimal call responsibilities with a 1:6 phone-only call schedule
