Our organization is excited to invite applications for an Endocrinologist to become part of our well-established and successful practice located in Albany, New York. We welcome both new graduates and those who will graduate in 2026. You will be joining a dedicated team of seven Endocrinologists and ten Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). About Our PracticeAt our Diabetes and Endocrine Care center, we are committed to enhancing the lives of individuals living with diabetes through a collaborative approach. Our multidisciplinary team, which includes endocrinologists, advanced practitioners, and Certified Diabetes Educators, focuses on innovative treatment methods that empower patients to effectively manage their condition.
We provide comprehensive diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing care for patients with diabetes, as well as other endocrine and metabolic disorders. Our practice is equipped with the latest diabetes care technologies, such as insulin pump/sensor downloads and professional continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) for accurate diagnosis.
Our specialized services encompass:
- Complication screening, prevention, and treatment
- Medication management
- Foot care
- Smoking cessation support
- Onsite HbA1c testing
- Weight management and nutritional counseling
- Diabetes support groups
- Individual and group diabetes education classes
- Focus on adult patients only
- Primarily outpatient care with a call schedule of 1:10; inpatient call coverage is required only when inpatient providers are unavailable
- Flexible scheduling options
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system: EPIC
- This position does not accept visa candidates
Candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Board Certified or eligible in Endocrinology
- Licensed in New York State
- Experience is preferred, but recent graduates are encouraged to apply

Recruitment PackageWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, which includes:
- Base compensation ranging from $270,000 to $280,000, with potential for additional earnings through productivity
- A starting bonus of $25,000
- A retention bonus package of $30,000
- Note: The stated salary reflects the initial range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift incentives, or other cash compensation applicable to the role. Additionally, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer. This salary range is provided in accordance with state law and may vary based on the factors mentioned.
