Family Medicine Opportunity: Saint Joseph Health Center - Plymouth
Job Description
Our organization is thrilled to present a full-time position for a Board Certified or Board Eligible* Family Medicine physician to join a flourishing practice in Plymouth, Indiana, conveniently located near the University of Notre Dame.
The Medical Group is the employed division of our health system, encompassing over 20 practice locations and more than 100 primary care and specialist physicians across St. Joseph, Marshall, and Elkhart Counties. This role will be under the employment of the regional medical center, which is part of a larger health system affiliated with Loyola Medicine.
Key Responsibilities- Provide care to patients of all ages, from pediatric to geriatric.
- Perform basic laboratory services and procedures, including skin tag and mole removal, suturing, and joint injections.
- Engage in teaching opportunities with Family Medicine residents through clinical supervision.
- Comply with the Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services.
- Maintain active membership status on the medical staff of the health system as required.
*Board Certification must be achieved within five years following the completion of the residency program.
