The Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology at our organization has a rich history of enhancing women's reproductive health services. We were pioneers in developing the Apgar score for evaluating newborn health, the first in the country to conduct amniocentesis, and innovators of RhoGAM, which has significantly reduced Rh-incompatibility reactions that previously led to numerous fetal and neonatal fatalities each year.

Located within the vibrant medical community of our institution, our team comprises over 100 physicians along with more than 40 residents and fellows who collaborate with researchers and clinicians to meet the healthcare needs of women. We are committed to providing outstanding patient care, training future leaders in Ob/Gyn, supporting innovative research, and applying these advancements in clinical settings.

Position Overview

We are currently in search of faculty members for the Integrated Women's Health Division within our Obstetrics and Gynecology Department. We invite applications from full-time, board-certified or board-eligible professionals eager to participate in both clinical and academic functions of our dynamic department. Multiple openings are available.

• Provide outpatient care while practicing general gynecology.

Minimum Qualifications

• Medical Degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid New York Medical License.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified status.

Preferred Qualifications

• Commitment to our organization and the communities we serve.
• Interest in participating in community-based healthcare practices.
• Dedication to evidence-based practices and quality improvement.
• Strong communication skills, excellent bedside manner, and organizational abilities.
• Passion for medical education, including teaching residents, medical students, and nursing students.
• Menopause certification from the Menopause Society.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various disciplines (RN, CNM, NP) and specialties.
