Generalist OB/GYN
NO NIGHT CALL
Location: Lakeland, Florida
We are looking for Generalist OB/GYN Physicians to become part of our expanding hospital-based women's health practice.
This position provides an opportunity to engage in obstetric and gynecologic care within a supportive, community-focused setting, backed by a dedicated OB/GYN Hospitalist team, which ensures no night call and promotes a healthy work-life balance.

As a Generalist OB/GYN, you will:
Deliver obstetric and gynecologic care to patients
Work in a collaborative team environment with immediate partner support
Foster a positive, patient-centered training atmosphere within the community
Engage in the supervision and clinical education of residents and medical students during inpatient, outpatient, Labor & Delivery, and surgical care
Practice Environment & Team Spirit

Immediate partner backup and consultation
Shared daytime in-hospital call rotation (NO NIGHT CALL)

There is also the opportunity for physicians to customize their practice focus in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

A dedicated OB Emergency Department

A Level III NICU with 24/7 support from neonatologists and NICU teams
24/7 OB-dedicated anesthesia services
Specialized Women’s OR suites with expert surgical teams
Da Vinci Xi robotic systems (robotics available but not mandatory)

Ideal Candidate Profile
This position is ideal for OB/GYNs who:
Are board certified or board eligible through ABMS or AOA and possess a current Florida medical license or the ability to obtain one
Prefer a primarily clinical OB/GYN practice
Enjoy mentoring residents and medical students as part of their daily clinical responsibilities with an OB/GYN Residency Program launching in Summer 2027
