Key Responsibilities- Provide call-only coverage with a required response time of 30 minutes.
- Manage an average call volume of 3 phone consultations, 5 patient visits, and 2 admissions within a 24-hour period.
- Participate in in-house call with a call ratio of 5.
- Focus exclusively on adult patients; pediatric and neonatal care is not required.
- Perform laparoscopic surgeries, including appendectomies and cholecystectomies.
- Conduct GI endoscopies, sigmoidoscopies, colonoscopies, and hernia repairs.
- Provide coverage during holidays.
- We negotiate competitive compensation and ensure weekly deposits.
