Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our vibrant outpatient practice, which is experiencing a surge in patient volume. This position offers a 4.5-day work week in a welcoming and comprehensive Cancer Center designed with patient comfort in mind.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with a collegial team consisting of 3 Hematology Oncologists, 2 Radiation Oncologists, and 3 Advanced Practice Providers.
- Perform bone marrow biopsies and aspirate procedures.
- Manage patient care for those undergoing active treatment and conduct follow-up appointments.
- Participate in weekly tumor boards alongside on-site specialists from various fields, including Pathology, Radiology, and General Surgery.
- Engage with support staff, including dietitians, nurse navigators, physical therapists, clinical pharmacists, and financial counselors.
- Recently completed a $10 million expansion and renovation in 2021.
- Equipped with 24 infusion chairs and 20 examination rooms.
- Offers survivorship and genetics programs.
- No on-call responsibilities, with a 24/7 Hospitalist team managing most inpatient duties.
- Base salary starting at $114,121 for those with 0-2 years of experience and $118,876 for those with over 2 years, plus production incentives.
- Receive a $10,000 signing bonus.
