We leverage EPIC EHR and DAX Copilot, an AI-driven clinical documentation tool, to streamline your daily operations and enhance patient care. Our support system includes dedicated 1:1 Medical Assistants, team nurses, population health resources, and referral assistance.

Additional services available at this location encompass Urgent Care, along with on-site digital x-ray and laboratory facilities.
