Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated total annual compensation ranges from $462,000 to $562,000. This range reflects the starting base salary, which is adjusted based on experience and faculty rank, typically falling between $403,000 and $461,000. Please note that this figure does not include variable compensation or additional productivity incentives and is subject to the specific compensation plans of the department.
