Our organization is currently in search of a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine physician to become a vital part of our outstanding care team in Forest City, Iowa.

• Traditional outpatient family or internal medicine practice, depending on the physician's training.

• Collaborate with a team of four Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).

• Work alongside experienced Registered Nurses and office staff.

Compensation & Benefits

• Attractive total bonus package of $320,000.
• Two-year income guarantee of $300,908 annually.
• Relocation assistance of up to $15,000.

• Annual CME allowance of $4,000 and additional reimbursement incentives.

Please note that internal employed providers are not eligible for the RHTP grant. However, residents and fellows from our organization, as well as external candidates, are encouraged to apply. A five-year commitment is required.
