Advance Your Career!We are in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med Peds Physician - Extended Hours to become a part of our Primary Care team located in Plymouth, Michigan. Opportunity Details- FTE: 0.60
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM, and Saturdays from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
- Specialty: Primary Care
- Call Requirements: One weeknight per month and one weekend day (either Saturday or Sunday) once every quarter.

A typical day may involve:
- Delivering comprehensive primary care services to patients across all age groups
- Managing chronic conditions and creating personalized treatment plans
- Conducting preventative care, wellness visits, and routine screenings
- Collaborating with nurse practitioners, specialists, and care teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and clinic operations
- Staying informed about evidence-based medical practices and advancements in primary care
- Engaging in community outreach and health education initiatives as needed
