\n*Key Responsibilities*\n
\n
\n* Manage a personal injury caseload from intake through settlement or trial\n
\n* Conduct client intake and case evaluations\n
\n* Investigate claims and gather evidence for car accident and injury cases\n
\n* Review medical records, bills, and documentation of damages\n
\n* Calculate damages and develop case strategy\n
\n* Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery\n
\n* Take and defend depositions\n
\n* Negotiate with insurance companies and adjusters\n
\n* Represent clients in mediations, hearings, and trials\n
\n* Maintain consistent client communication and case updates\n
\n* Document case activity in case management software (CMS)\n
\n* Work closely with paralegals and legal assistants\n
\n* Move cases efficiently to maximize settlements and client outcomes\n

\n*Required Qualifications*\n
\n
\n* Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school\n
\n* Active Georgia Bar License (in good standing)\n
\n* 1+ years of experience in personal injury law, litigation, or insurance defense (preferred but not required)\n
\n* Strong negotiation, litigation, and communication skills\n
\n* Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment\n
\n* Experience with case management systems (CMS) is a plus\n
\n
