Case Mix and Work EnvironmentOur diverse case mix includes:
- General Surgery
- Orthopedics
- OB/GYN
- ENT
- Plastic Surgery
- Urology
Please note that we do not handle complex pediatrics, burns, or transplant cases. This position is hospital-employed and classified as W2.
Our team of physicians and CRNAs operates in a highly collaborative atmosphere characterized by mutual respect and a shared commitment to patient care. We utilize a supervision model with a maximum ratio of 4:1.
Work ScheduleCRNAs are expected to work 1,760 hours annually to maintain a full-time equivalent (FTE) status. Both call and no-call options are available.
Qualifications and Requirements- Graduation from an accredited CRNA program
- Certification from the National Board of Certification & Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
- Active Idaho CRNA license and privileges at our medical center and affiliated hospitals as required
- Valid controlled substance registration with the Board of Pharmacy and DEA
