Business Analyst with Collateral Management(Capital Market)

Position: Business Analyst – Capital Markets (Collateral Management) Location: Irvine, CA Job Description: Business Analysis Gather and analyze business requirements from Capital Markets stakeholders. Prepare BRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, and user stories. Conduct gap analysis and process mapping. Translate business requirements into functional solutions. Collateral Management Analyze collateral workflows across OTC derivatives and securities financing. Support margin call processing, collateral allocation, optimization, and settlement. Work on ISDA/CSA agreements and regulatory collateral requirements. Ensure compliance with UMR, SIMM, and margin regulations. Capital Markets Support front-to-back trade lifecycle. Understand equities, fixed income, derivatives, repo, and securities lending processes. Collaborate with trading, operations, risk, and technology teams.
