Join Our Team as a Neuroimmunologist/MS Specialist
Our organization is actively looking for a full-time Neuroimmunologist/MS Specialist to become a part of the Hauenstein Neurosciences team in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
As a member of the esteemed Neuroscience Center, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse array of subspecialty services, which include:
- General Neurology
- Alzheimer's and Memory Disorders
- Headache Management
- Movement Disorders and Parkinson's
- Multiple Sclerosis
- Neuromuscular Conditions (ALS and MD)
- Neuro-Palliative and Supportive Care
- Neuropsychology
- Stroke Care
- Neurocritical Care
Our approach to care is multi-disciplinary, involving a team of registered nurses (RNs), licensed medical social workers (LMSWs), and various therapists (physical, occupational, and speech). This collaborative environment ensures that we provide the highest quality of clinical care, along with additional support services such as dieticians and chaplains.
Practice Features- Become part of a collaborative team of over 75 physicians and advanced practice professionals.
- Contribute to the advancement of our MS Center partnership as we strive to achieve MS Center of Excellence status.
- Engage in ongoing clinical trials and investigator-initiated research, supported by the Clinical Trials Unit in Grand Rapids.
- Participate in medical education through teaching roles within our neurology residency program.
- Completion of a fellowship in Neuroimmunology/MS.
- Board certification in your specialty is required, or board eligibility with a commitment to achieve certification within two years.
- A valid State of Michigan medical license is necessary at the time of employment.
- DEA license is required.
- BLS Certification, with ongoing recertification.
