Position Title: Temporary Apartment Maintenance Painter
Job Type: Temporary Assignment

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Temporary Apartment Maintenance Painter to assist with apartment turnover projects, property upkeep, and general painting needs. The ideal candidate will have experience with residential painting, surface preparation, and completing quality work in a timely manner.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Paint apartment units before new tenants move in

• Complete touch-up painting and repairs in occupied and vacant units

• Prepare surfaces by patching holes, sanding, caulking, and cleaning

• Apply paint, primer, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and other equipment

• Perform drywall patching and minor repairs as needed

• Protect floors, fixtures, and furniture while completing work

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Follow property safety guidelines and use proper PPE

• Complete assigned projects within required timelines

Qualifications

• Previous apartment, residential, or commercial painting experience preferred

• Ability to perform quality paint preparation and finishing work

• Experience with drywall repairs and patching is a plus

• Must have reliable attendance and transportation

• Ability to work independently and follow instructions

• Strong attention to detail and good work ethic

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and reach throughout the workday

• Ability to climb ladders and work on elevated surfaces

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to work indoors and outdoors as needed

Schedule: Monday Friday (hours may vary based on project needs)
Assignment Length: Temporary
Pay Rate: Based on experience
