We are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Regional Director of Urogynecology to spearhead and expand our urogynecology program throughout Southeast Michigan. Qualifications
  • Completion of a medical degree (MD or DO)
  • Fellowship training in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery or Urogynecology
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Active Michigan medical license (or eligibility to obtain one)
  • Demonstrated leadership experience or a strong interest in physician leadership and program development
  • DEA license
  • ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained)
Leadership Responsibilities

As the Regional Director, your role will include:

  • Providing clinical and strategic leadership for the urogynecology program across various locations
  • Collaborating in a dyad leadership model with the Urogynecology Program Manager to enhance operational and clinical outcomes
  • Leading the development and growth of a new and evolving program structure
  • Establishing and standardizing:
    • Clinical protocols and care pathways
    • Best practices across different sites
    • Program workflows and operational efficiencies
  • Supporting provider recruitment, onboarding, and mentorship
  • Fostering a collaborative, patient-centered culture within the care team
  • Guiding quality, performance, and patient experience initiatives
  • Being a key contributor in strategic planning and service line expansion
Additional Duties

Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you will also:

  • Evaluate and manage a comprehensive range of pelvic floor disorders
  • Perform advanced surgical procedures, including minimally invasive techniques
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
  • Engage in teaching, mentoring, and research opportunities as desired
