- Completion of a medical degree (MD or DO)
- Fellowship training in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery or Urogynecology
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Active Michigan medical license (or eligibility to obtain one)
- Demonstrated leadership experience or a strong interest in physician leadership and program development
- DEA license
- ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained)
As the Regional Director, your role will include:
- Providing clinical and strategic leadership for the urogynecology program across various locations
- Collaborating in a dyad leadership model with the Urogynecology Program Manager to enhance operational and clinical outcomes
- Leading the development and growth of a new and evolving program structure
- Establishing and standardizing:
- Clinical protocols and care pathways
- Best practices across different sites
- Program workflows and operational efficiencies
- Supporting provider recruitment, onboarding, and mentorship
- Fostering a collaborative, patient-centered culture within the care team
- Guiding quality, performance, and patient experience initiatives
- Being a key contributor in strategic planning and service line expansion
Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you will also:
- Evaluate and manage a comprehensive range of pelvic floor disorders
- Perform advanced surgical procedures, including minimally invasive techniques
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
- Engage in teaching, mentoring, and research opportunities as desired
