Opportunity Highlights
  • No weekend on-call duties!
  • Weeknight on-call schedule (Monday to Thursday) at a ratio of 1:5.
  • Admissions managed by a 24/7 Hospitalist Service.
  • Conveniently located next to Ottumwa Regional Medical Center.
  • Weekly on-site subspecialty support.
  • Access to Nuclear Stress, Echo, and Vascular studies on-site.
  • Procedures include TEE, Loop recorder, Pacemakers, Peripheral Angiograms, Cardioversions, and IVC Implants.
Opportunity Details
  • Base salary of $600,000 with additional production incentives.
  • Recruitment bonus of $75,000.
  • Relocation assistance up to $15,000.

About Our Practice

Founded in 1970, our organization is one of the largest cardiovascular practices in the United States. Recognized as one of the top 50 cardiovascular hospitals by Fortune/IBM Health, our team consists of 44 physicians specializing in various fields, including General Cardiology, Interventional Cardiology, Electrophysiology, Advanced Heart Failure, Cardiovascular Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Preventative Cardiology, and Adult Congenital Heart Disease.

We also have an accredited Cardiology Fellowship program with 8 fellows and operate 8 primary office locations, serving over 15 outreach facilities throughout Iowa. Our active clinic research department participates in major STS registries and conducts more than 10,000 cardiac interventions annually.
