Join Our Team as a Full-time Occupational Therapist (OT)

We are currently looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
  • Possession of a valid Occupational Therapy License in New York State
  • Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric care is preferred; however, recent graduates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess residents and create individualized OT treatment plans tailored to their specific needs
  • Select activities that promote residents' ability to perform daily tasks independently
  • Monitor, evaluate, and document residents' progress in occupational therapy through detailed reporting
  • Ensure resident confidentiality by managing sensitive information appropriately
  • Foster a collaborative environment among the healthcare team
