Job Description

The Senior Superintendent will oversee ground-up construction projects, ensuring successful project completion by managing on-site activities, coordinating with teams, and maintaining quality standards. This role is based in Gainesville and requires strong leadership and organizational skills. Client Details Central Florida's Top ENR Rated GC with offices in Tampa, Orlando, Gainesville and Jacksonville Description Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure timely and quality completion of projects. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to meet project goals. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on-site. Monitor project schedules and adjust as needed to meet deadlines. Oversee material procurement and delivery to maintain workflow efficiency. Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams and subcontractors. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans. Resolve on-site issues and implement solutions to keep the project on track. Profile A successful Senior Superintendent should have: Experience with ground-up construction projects, including residential, commercial, or industrial buildings. Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee on-site activities. Knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality standards. Proven ability to manage project schedules and meet deadlines. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to address on-site challenges.
