Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Physical Therapist to join our senior living community. This position involves evaluating residents' mobility, strength, and balance, as well as developing tailored treatment plans. Your primary focus will be to provide evidence-based therapy aimed at improving safety, independence, and overall quality of life for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of residents' mobility, strength, and balance.
• Create personalized treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Work collaboratively with nursing and caregiving teams.
• Educate residents and their families about therapy processes and goals.
• Document treatment outcomes in our electronic medical records (EMR) system.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapy license.
• Experience in geriatric care is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
