Job Description

Position Details- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Patient Load: Approximately 19 patients per day
- Age Range: Patients of all ages
- Experience: Community outreach experience is essential
- Hospital Privileges: Required
- Experience Level: Minimum of 2 years in primary care
- Population Focus: Must be comfortable working with underserved communities
