Our organization is excited to announce an opportunity for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to become part of a well-established practice located in Ankeny, Iowa.

Position Overview

• Practice Type: Outpatient
• Team Composition: Collaborate with 2 Physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
• Patient Contact Hours: 36 hours per week
• Call Schedule: 1 in 8 rotation
• Support Services: Access to a clinic chronic care coordination team and behavioral health support
• Facilities: On-site X-ray and laboratory services
• Electronic Medical Records: EPIC
• Visa Sponsorship: H1B candidates are encouraged to apply

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary: $290,100
• Recruitment Bonus: $150,000
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000
• Annual CME Allowance: $6,000
• Malpractice Insurance: Paid with tail coverage
• Retirement Plans: 403B with matching contributions and 457B options
• Time Off: 31 days of annual leave
• Benefits Start: On the first day of employment
