Role Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop clinic staff to create a high-performing, patient-centered team.
  • Enhance your leadership skills through our fully funded training program.
  • Provide direct patient care while guiding the team.
  • Manage clinic operations, ensuring patient and employee satisfaction.
  • Evaluate and treat patients effectively.
  • Oversee clinic staff, including another Physical Therapist and a front office Care Coordinator, managing scheduling, coverage, and staff vacations.
  • Conduct financial reviews and analyze monthly accounting income statements.
Qualifications
  • Licensed Physical Therapist or eligibility to obtain licensure in Idaho.
  • A strong commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $95,000 - $110,000, inclusive of productivity incentives.
