Registered Dental Hygienist Position

To qualify for the role of Registered Dental Hygienist, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Possess a valid Registered Dental Hygienist license
• Hold a current CPR certification
• Be certified in Laser dentistry
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to oral health and patient well-being

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) include:

• Educating patients on dental hygiene practices, including tooth care and nutrition
• Removing plaque and tartar through scaling and polishing procedures
• Taking dental impressions and radiographs as needed
• Applying preventive treatments such as antibacterial agents, sealants, and topical fluorides to reduce the risk of cavities
• Conducting screenings and monitoring patient oral health

Compensation

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $45 to $50.
