Key Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate and thorough care to patients within a Medical-Surgical unit.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments effectively.
• Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate documentation using the EPIC charting system.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to create and execute patient care plans.
• Ensure adherence to all necessary certifications, including BLS (AHA or ARC) and NIHSS.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant healthcare setting.

Working Conditions

This role involves working in a 23-bed unit, where your skills will be vital in ensuring patient safety and comfort, particularly when floating to the Progressive Care Unit for Medical-Surgical assignments.
