Position Overview

Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit Nurses (CVICU RNs) play a vital role in delivering critical care to patients facing serious heart-related conditions. Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring patient conditions and recognizing any changes
  • Analyzing medical charts and documentation
  • Changing dressings and bandages as needed
  • Communicating effectively with physicians and healthcare teams

  • Possession of a Wisconsin State Healthcare Provider license or willingness to obtain one
Certifications

This role may require one or more of the following certifications:

  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
