Family Medicine Opportunity in Lavonia, GA

Our organization is thrilled to present a full-time position for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to become part of our Sacred Heart Primary Care practice in Lavonia, Georgia.

The chosen candidate will collaborate with two experienced Nurse Practitioners to provide care for patients across all age groups, from infancy to the elderly. This practice is conveniently situated within a medical services facility connected to Sacred Heart Hospital in Lavonia.

This role is set in a rural environment and is eligible for various state loan forgiveness initiatives, including the Physicians for Rural Areas Assistance Program (PRAA) and the Georgia Physicians Education Loan Repayment Program (GPELRP).
