Job Description Saint Luke's North Hospital - Smithville is looking for a Registered Nurse to join the dynamic Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit. Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Inpatient Rehabilitation Schedule: Full Time; Nights - 36 hours/week
Responsibilities:\n\n - Accountable for utilizing the nursing process.
\n - Responsible for performing patient care delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff.
\n - Responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
\n - This clinical nurse demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies rules guidelines and procedures.
