Exciting Opportunity for an Orthopedic Surgeon

We are thrilled to announce the initiation of our new hospital-based Orthopedic Surgery Program in Syracuse, New York. Our organization is on the lookout for a fellowship-trained, board-certified or board-eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with a focus on Sports Medicine Surgery to join our expanding team. This is a unique chance to become a foundational member of a newly formed orthopedic group, allowing you to influence the program from the ground up!

Position Highlights:

• Work from a single hospital campus and affiliated Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC)
• Surgical Physician Assistant support to enhance operational efficiency and patient care

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Fellowship training in Sports Surgery
• Specialization in hip arthroscopy is preferred
• Eligibility for a New York State medical license

Recruitment Package:

• Compensation: Base salary ranging from $630,000 to $760,000
• The stated salary represents the initial range of total compensation and does not account for productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, additional shift bonuses, or other cash compensation relevant to the role. Additionally, providers typically receive a CME allowance along with other benefits from their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in compliance with state regulations and may vary based on the aforementioned factors.
• Starting Bonus: $50,000
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $25,000
